摘  要:以湖南浏阳金橘黄酮提取物(FC1)和江西遂川金橘黄酮提取物(FC2)为受试药物,大鼠为实验对象,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)指标,探讨金橘黄酮提取物的降血脂效果.结果表明:80 mg.kg-1剂量FC1、FC2能显著降低大鼠血清TG值(P<0.05),极显著降低大鼠血清TC和LDL-C值(P<0.01);FC2在20 mg.kg-1剂量可显著降低试验组动物的血清LDL-C值(P<0.05);160 mg.kg-1剂量FC1、FC2可极显著降低大鼠血清TG值(P<0.01).各受试物实验组动物的血清TC浓度都有显著的下降(P<0.05).Through a determination of the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and the index of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), in some obese rats With hyperlipidemia, a study was made of the effects of Hunan Liuyang kumquat flavonoid extracts (FC1) and Jiangxi Suichuan ones (1~2) upon blood lipid reduction. The results show that compared with the controlled rats, the serum TG values (P〈0. 05) of obese rats significantly decrease at 80 mg·kg^-1 dose by FC1 or FC2 and their values of serum TC and LDL-C (P〈0.01) are extremely lows that the LDL-C values (P〈0. 05) of the test rats are significantly reduced at the 20mg·kg^-1dose by FC2 and furthermore, their serum TG values (P〈0. 01) can be significantly lowered by FC1 or FC2 at 160 mg·kg^-1 doses and that the serum TC concentration of the test rats has also been significantly decreased (P〈0. 05). To sum up, the flavonoid extracts in the kumquats can efficiently lower the blood lipid in the obese rats with hyperlipiderrlia.
