摘 要:改革开放30年,浙江教育走过了一个"改革、发展、开放、创新"的不平凡历程,大体上可以划分为如下三个标志性的改革发展时期:从1978年党的十一届三中全会到1984年为"整顿、规范、健全"的时期;1985年《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》颁布后到2002年为"改革、发展、提高"的时期;2003年我国跨入了全面建设小康社会的新阶段,到2008年为"结构和谐、内涵丰富、特色彰显"的时期。对浙江教育这一发展历程的回顾与反思,将有助于与时俱进地调整发展思路,把握以科学发展观促进当代浙江教育科学和谐发展这一关键,并形成可操作的教育强省建设的新平台。Zhejiang education has gone through an extraordinary process with reform,development, openness and innovation over the past 30years. Generally speaking, the process can be divided into three stages: from the Third Plenum of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC in 1978 to 1984,it is the first stage about rectification, standardization and perfect. The second is about reform, development and improving from the issuing and practicing of the 'The CPC’s Decisions on the Education System Reform' in1985 to 2002. From 2003 to 2008, a new phase of development for building a well-off society in an all-round way coming in, Zhejiang education has the characteristic of harmonious structure, rich connotation and specialized characteristic. Review and reflection on the process of Zhejiang education will help to regulate development ideas with the times and hold the key point to promote the harmonious development of contemporary education science in Zhejiang under the instruction of scientific views of development. And it helps to set up a new platform for building a powerful province of education.
