摘　　要：老子是一位有大财经思想的经济学家。探讨老子的生财思想、节用思想、无为干预思想、反对两极分化思想、理财思想,指出其财经思想的启迪意义和现实作用。Laozi is a great economist with proud finance and economy thoughts. The paper discussed Laozi＇s thoughts, such as money-earning, frugality, non-intervention, objection against extremely rich and poor gap, and financing. It pointed out that Laozi＇s thoughts are enlightening with great practical application.
