摘　　要：学习共同体是一种理想的教育组织形式，文章从知识管理角度出发，认为构建学习共同体的过程实际上就是构建共同体知识体系的过程，并从显性知识和隐性知识两个方面论述了构建中需要注意的要点问题和关键环节。Learning community is an ideal form of educational organization. From the perspective of knowledge management, the paper points out that the process of constructing learning community is the process of constructing the knowledge system of learning community. It also discusses the key issues and segments concerning the construction from the perspectives of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge.
