成教临床医学生学历的提升及知识与能力的培养

摘　　要：文章从怀化医学高等专科学校的成教实践,阐述了将学历提升与知识、能力的培养,作为成教临床医学生专业教学主体设计;将课程内容涵盖执业医师资格证中所要求的应知应会的知识和技能的必要性与具体做法。From the practice of adult education in my college, the paper expound it is main teaching design for clinical students that upgrade of academic career and cultivation of knowledge and ability; course contents should include knowlede and skill which doctor qualification request.
