摘 要:采用选题小组讨论方法,对县卫生局主管公共卫生的工作人员和县级公共卫生服务机构相关工作人员进行调查,发现影响县级公共卫生机构服务绩效的主要因素有政府投入不足、部门间协调力度不够、卫生人员素质低下以及相关管理机制不健全等。Through the investigation on the public health management institutions at the county-level and the staffs of the public health service agencies, we find that the main influential factors in the public health service performance of public health agencies at the county-level include: inadequate government input, lack of coordination among deparUnents, lower health personnel quality, and imperfect management mechanism, on the basis of the investigation, we put forward the related suggestions: increasing rural public health investment, improving the performance of the public health investment, establishing public health coordinatinn mechanism to promote cooperation among departments, strengthening the cultivation of rural public health professionals to improve the overall quality of public health service staffs.
