摘  要:[目的]研究黑木耳粗多糖对力竭小鼠心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌抗氧化作用的影响。[方法]小鼠灌胃黑木耳粗多糖(2.502mg/kg/d)20d后测定安静小鼠心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及力竭游泳运动小鼠心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌丙二醛(MDA)水平、脂褐素水平及血浆谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)等指标的变化。[结果]黑木耳粗多糖可明显提高安静小鼠心肌、肝脏SOD及骨骼肌GSH-Px活性。黑木耳粗多糖可明显降低力竭小鼠心肌、肝脏MDA及心肌脂褐素水平。黑木耳粗多糖可明显降低力竭小鼠血浆GPT及GOT水平。表明黑木耳粗多糖可明显提高力竭小鼠心肌、肝脏抗氧化能力。[Objective ] To investigate the effects of coarse Auricularia aurisula Underw Polysaccharide on Anti-oxidation in exhausted mice. [Methods] After bewitch coarse Auricutaria aurisala Undcrw Polysaccharide for 20 days, we measured the activities of GSH-Px, SOD in myocardium, liver and skeletal muscle of mice at rest MDA level, hpofuscin level, the activities of GPT, GOT and CK. [ Results] Coarse Auricularia aurisula Underw Polysaccharide could rise the SOD activities of the myocardium and the liver obviously, and rise the GSH-Px activities of the skeletal muscle. Coarse Auricularia anrisula Underw Polysaccharide could reduce MDA level of the myocardium, liver and the lipofuscin level of the myocardium. Coarse Auricularia aurisula Underw Polysaccharide could reduce GPT and GOT level in serum. [ Conclusion ] Coarse Auricularia aurisula Underw Polysaccharide has obviously effects of myocardium, liver anti-oxidation and anti-injury on exhausted mice.
