摘  要:机械加工零件图中常以半径R标注圆弧,用数控机床加工这种圆弧轮廓时,要求数控系统根据起点终点和半径进行圆弧插补,插补前需要计算圆心坐标,针对这一问题,提出先将当前坐标系进行坐标平移,再进行坐标旋转,采用极坐标的形式求解圆心坐标的方法,通过矩阵的逆运算递推反解圆心在当前坐标系的坐标,并给出算法的流程,该方法已在自行开发的数控系统中应用,实践证明其效果较好。In mechanical drawing, radius R is labeled as a circle. When machining this kind of circle profile with CNC machine, it is required for the NC system to execute circle interpolation according to the start and end spots and the radius. Before the interpolation, coordinate of the center needs to be decided. A method was proposed to determine the center coordinates. It uses present Cartesian coordinate transformations, coordinate rotation and polar coordinate as the solution, by matrix reverse method, the coordinates in current Cartesian coordinate was determined. The chart flow of the algorithm was presented. This method was used in selfdeveloped NC system application and the technique was proven to be effective.
