摘　　要：在分析图书馆人文关怀中的缺失和简要介绍人本主义心理学思想基础上,着重分析了人本主义心理学思想对高校图书馆人文关怀建设的指导意义,从图书馆对读者的人文关怀和对馆员的人文关怀两个方面提出具体的意见和措施。Based on the analysis on the shortage in library＇ s human concern and the brief introduction of the thought of humanistic psychology, this paper emphatically analyzes the guiding significance of the thought of hUmanistic psychology on the construction of university library＇ s human concern, and puts forward some concrete suggestions and measures from two aspects of library＇ s human concern to the readers and to the librarians.
