摘　　要：高等学校的教学特点使高校教师的教学工作具有不确定性,现代高等教育的目的强调要加强学生创新和实践能力的培养。针对目前教学工作中存在的传统经验滞后性、学习动机功利性、个体认知内隐性等问题,笔者认为高校教师应该与时俱进,不断自我更新理念,并不断加强自身素养和知识体系的构建。Teaching characteristics of higher learning institutions result in uncertainty in the work of teaching for university teachers. The goal of modem higher education emphasizes cultivating students＇ innovative and practical abilities. Facing the problems of obsolete traditional experiences, utilitarian learning motive and implicit individual cognition, the writer thinks that university teachers should keep pace with the time, make self- renewal in concept and constantly strengthen self-cultivation and knowledge system building.
