摘 要:目的研究佝偻病大鼠口服低聚果糖后对其血生化的影响。方法采用21d断奶Wistar幼鼠38只,随机分为对照组8只和实验组30只。实验组进一步分为1、2、3组,每组10只,雌雄各半。对照组喂基础饲料和自来水。实验组:1、2、3组喂以缺VitD饲料和纯净水并避光喂养。实验第30d处死对照组和实验1组;实验第30d,实验2组给予低聚果糖0.2g/100g+高钙饲料,实验3组给予高钙饲料。实验第60d,处死实验2、3组动物。实验第30d、第60d,同时检测处死动物体重、血清Ca、P、ALP各项生化指标。结果实验第30d,实验1组体重、血P低于对照组,血ALP高于对照组,两者有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),血Ca指标两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验第60d,实验2组血Ca高于实验3组,两者有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),血P实验2组高于实验3组,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验2组体重略高于实验3组(P>0.05)。结论FOS可以促进钙吸收,增加佝偻病大鼠模型的钙含量,改善佝偻病大鼠血生化紊乱状况。Objective To study the inflvence of biochemical changes in rickets mice after intake fruco - oligose. Meth. ods 38 cases of Wistar mice after weaning 21 d were divided into control group (8 cases) and test group (30 eases). The test group was further divided into three groups ( 10 cases per each). The control group was feed with forage and water. Test group was feed with lacked VitD forage, VitD mineral water and away from light. The control group and 1 test group were killed after 30d. test group 2 was feed fruco - oligose and rich calcium forage. Test group 3 was feed with rich calcium forage. They were killed after 60d. The body weight, Ca, P and ALP were detected. Results The BW and P in test group 1 were lower than those in control group and ALP in test group was higher than that in control group P 〈 0.01. There was no significant difference between two groups in Ca. The Ca and P in test group 2 were higher than those in group 3 with significant difference but BW had no difference. Conclusion Fmeo - ohgos might promote absorption of Ca to improve the Ca content in tickets mice so that improve the biochemical state.
