摘 要:采用饱和溶液法制备β一环糊精(β-CD)和尼泊金丙酯(PP)的包结物,并通过UV、IR、DSC、XRD等方法对其进行研究.结果表明:包结物的红外谱图中尼泊金丙酯的特征吸收峰明显减弱或消失,其中羰基峰向高波数位移了32 cm-1;DSC谱图中在86℃和106℃出现两个弱而宽的吸热峰;X-射线粉末衍射显示包结物与β-CD的谱图极为相似,没有新的峰产生.通过比较包结物与相应主、客体光谱及热性能的差异,可以确定包结物的生成.The β-CD and propylparaben inclusion compounds were prepared by saturated solution. And they were investigated by IR, DSC, XRD method respectively. IR spectra showed the absorption peaks of propylparaben in inclusion significantly weaken or disappeared, and the carbonyl peak shifted 32 cm^-1 to higher wave number; two weak and wide endothermic peaks appeared at 86℃ and 106 ℃ in DSC graph; X- ray powder diffraction showed the spectrum of the inclusion was very similar to that of β-CD, and did not produce any new peaks. The spectral and thermal characteristics of inclusion compound were compared with those of the corresponding host and guest, and the formation of inclusion could be determined.
