摘  要:教师促进初中生有效自主发展既是我国新一轮课程改革的核心要求,也是初中生健康成长为合格的一代新人的现实需要。为了让初中生有效自主发展,教师勿必让初中生明确自主发展的重要意义;帮助初中生制定自主发展的长期与短期计划;满怀爱心正确评价初中生自主发展的进程;为他们创造有利于自主发展的良好环境;让每一个初中生养成自主发展的良好习惯,寻找到独特的富有个性色彩的有效自主发展的途径与策略。There is a great practical need not only for new curriculum reform but also for students' healthy growth to encourage middle school students to independent develop effectively.In order to help students ,teachers must train students' autonomous consciousness and make long-term and short-term plans. To assess students friendly by the process ,to create harmony environment and to develop good habits is also teachers' duty. It is necessary to find a unique personalized effective ways and strategiesfor every student of his independent development .
