摘  要:茶多酚是茶叶中酚类及其衍生物的总称,具有重要的保健功能和药用价值,研究茶多酚的抗氧化能力和自由基清除能力对阐释茶多酚的生理活性具有重要的理论意义.本实验构建了新型的顺序注射电化学发光系统,在该系统内,利用碱性条件下茶多酚对鲁米诺-H2O2电化学发光行为的抑制作用,建立了抗氧化性能研究的顺序注射电化学发光分析新方法,此方法具有操作简单、快捷,灵敏度高等优点.在最优条件下,测得茶多酚的IC50为14 mg/L,且发光值的降低程度与茶多酚浓度在2.5-25 mg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=2.774X+10.06(r=0.990 9).实验结果为评价抗氧化剂清除自由基的能力提供了新的技术手段.As a natural health protection eatable, tea polyphenols has been publicly concerned. Owing to the capability of differential antioxidation and anti-lipid peroxidation, it has lots of pharmacology function. Therefore, investigating its antioxidation is of important theoretical significance for elucidating the physiological action of tea polyphenols. In this paper, a novel sequential-injection electrochemiluminescence system has been developed. Utilizing the inhibitory effection of tea polyphenols on the behavior of luminol-H2O2 electrochemiluminescence, a new method for researching the antioxidation capability was established. The method was simple, rapid, and sensitive. Under the optimal conditions, the IC50 of tea polyphenols was 13 mg/L, calibration graph was linear within the range of 2.5-25 mg/L, regression equation was Y=2. 774X+10.06 (r=0. 990 9). The results provide a new technology for estimating the ability of eliminating free radical for the antioxidant.
