摘　　要：班级文化具有价值导向和纪律约束的功能,有群众凝聚和陶冶教育的功能,有审美激励的功能。班级文化要从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化等方面构建。Class is a unit which has guidance for sense of worth and discipline restriction for students. It also has cohesion and aesthetics appreciation in educating. The Creation of Class Culture is made up of material progress, ideological progress and institution progress.
