摘　　要：该机器人是完成喷射钢纤维混凝土作业的新型机器人。介绍了其整体结构、动作原理。并阐述了机器人液压系统和电控系统的总体设计方案,以及电控系统可靠性设计的实施途径。最后介绍了发明及创新点。实践证明,该机器人具有很高的可靠性和稳定性,完全满足喷钢纤维混凝土工艺要求。The robot presented in this paper is a new type for spraying steel fiber concrete. Firstly, introduced are the structure and the motion theory. Secondly, described are the hydraulic system and electrical control system of the shotcrete robot. The implementation procedures of the reliability design for electrical control system are given, and lastly, presented are the invention and innovation of the robot. The practice results show that the robot has reliability, practicability and stability. It can the requirements of spraying steel fiber concrete completely.
