摘　　要：伴随知识经济的发展,世界范围内出现了组织变革的热潮,处于巨变时代的企业需要建立不同于以往任何时代的企业新组织模式。作为一种新的企业组织形式——团队型组织,在提高组织的柔性和适应能力方面,正在为越来越多的企业所看重。在组织变革、人力资源整合的过程中,团队型组织的建立对于企业建立快速适应环境机制,迅速实现协同效应具有重要的意义。With the development of knowledge economy, organizational transformation has emerged upsurge across the world. In this connection, enterprises should need a new organization mode. As a new enterprise organization mode, team-based organization has become more and more popular among enterprises as a way to improve flexibility and adapt- ability of the organization. Be a team-based organization is highly relevant to a company to build the fast adaptation environmental mechanism and to make synergistic effect a reality in the process of organization transformation and human resource integration.
