摘　　要：高等职业教育作为高等教育的组成部分，已经成为我国不可或缺的教育力量，在社会发展中发挥了重要的作用。然而，当前高等职业教育的师资队伍总体素质仍不能很好地适应形势发展需要，仍存在着一定问题，严重影响着高等职业教育的发展。笔者认为，应该多管齐下，综合施策，全面提升高等职业教育师资的素质，促进高等职业教育发展。Higher vocational education, as a part of the advanced education in our country, plays an important role in the society development. However, the teachers＇comprehensive quality can not meet the needs of society development. There still exist some problems which block the development of higher vocational education. Thus the paper points out that in order to improve the development of higher vocational education,we should take some measures such as do many things simultaneously to improve the teachers＇comprehensive quality.
