摘　　要：随着我省高等教育事业的飞速发展，高校在扩大办学规模的过程中暴露出了诸如教育经费不足的问题，这些问题将直接影响高校教育质量。因此对高等教育成本优化的意义与对策进行深度研究，具有现实意义。Along with our province higher education enterprise rapid development, the university exposed the question in the expansion scale of study programs process which such as the educational expenditure was insufficient, these questions directly will affect the university to educate the quality. Therefore optimizes to the higher education cost the significance and the countermeasure conduct the depth research , has the practical significance.
