摘　　要：柠檬苦素类似物是一类四环三萜类植物次生代谢物质,主要存在于多种芸香科和楝科植物中,具有抗肿瘤、除虫、抗炎、抗菌等多种生物活性。综述了柠檬苦素类似物的结构、特性、分布、分析方法和生物活性,指出随着其大规模的提取分离及功能性食品添加剂应用的深入研究,其类似物将会有更大的发展空间。Limonoids are a group of tetranortriterpenoids--secondary metabolites derivatives found in the Rutaceae and Meliaceae families. Nowadays, biological activities of limonoids on anticancer, antifeedant, anti - inflammatory antimicrobial activities and other aspects were paid more attention to. In this paper, the structure, characteristics, distribution, analytical methodology and biological activities of limonoids were reviewed. It is pointed out that with the isolation and extraction on large scales and profound researches into its application as functional food additives, its analogues will have greatly developmental prospects.
