摘 要:对桑塔纳L45449汽车轮毂轴承套圈进行了工艺分析,制订了零件冷挤压工艺方案,对冷挤压模具进行了介绍,特别针对GCr15轴承钢冷挤压变形抗力大的特点,在凹模内壁上加设若干外凸的韧带圈,以在冷挤压前起到摩擦预热的效果。实验证明运用该冷挤压工艺制造汽车轮毂轴承套圈,其材料消耗少,力学性能高,设备投资少,具有显著的经济价值。The whole cold extrusion process plan of SANTANA's L45449 automotive wheel hub bearing was determined. The cold extrusion die structure of wheel hub bearing rings was illustrated. In order to deal with the problem of large deformation resistance of bearing steel during cold extrusion, several convex rings were added on the inner surface of cavity die, which could preheat billet before extrusion. Experiments show that using this cold extrusion to produce automotive wheel hub bearing ring, the made products have the advantage of low material consumption, high mechanical strength, less equipment investment and great economic value.
