摘　　要：新课标指出:体育学习活动是一个生动活泼、主动和富有个性的过程。体育课中教师不仅要求学生掌握健康的基本知识、技能,同时也要发展学生的个性,根据社会的需要,培养各方面的能力。参与教学法既给了学生一个表现自我的机会,又锻炼了学生的组织管理能力、语言表达能力、自信心等,同时减少了伤害事故的发生,为其走上社会奠定了基础。Sports activities are artractive. Teachers should teach students in an active, positive and individual way.Teachers should not only give students basic activity knowledge and skills, but also improve their abilities according to social needs. It is desirable for teachers to teach in the condition that students are involved. The way of teaching can improve the students＇ ability to organize , communicate and give their chance to show themselves which can make them more confident of themselves. The teaching way can also be probable to keep students from injuries.
