客观结构化考试的信度及主成分分析

摘　　要：目的根据临床医学专业毕业考试结果分析客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的信度及站点设置的合理性。方法毕业考试采用OSCE形式,考试对象为医学院临床医学专业五年级全体学生,考生人数分别为内科学172人,外科学168人,妇产科学73人,儿科学75人,对内科学和外科学两个科目的考试结果进行信度以及主成分分析。结果内科考试信度值为0.503 7,外科为0.668 4。两科均存在5个具有代表性的主成分和相应的重点考站;根据主成分对学生成绩重新排名,内科学新排名与原总评分的相关度为0.797 6;外科学新排名与原总评分的相关度为0.806 3。结论考试可靠性良好,站点设置合理,但某些站点的考试内容需要改进。Objective Based on scores in the graduation examination of clinical medicine major, the reliability and rationality of contents in objective structured clinical examination （OSCE） was analyzed. Methods All of the undergraduate students of clinical medicine major in School of Medicine took part in OSCE during the fifth year of educational program. One hundred and seventy-two students participated in internal medicine examination, 168 students in surgery examination, 73 students in obstetrics and gynecology examination and 75 students in pediatrics examination. The reliability and principal component analysis were conducted for the results of internal medicine examination and surgery examination. Results The Cronbach＇s α coefficients of internal medicine examination and surgery examination were 0.503 7 and 0. 668 4, respectively. Five principal components were established to describe this examination, and some important stations of this examination were also found. By the principal component analysis, the students＇ achievement rank was resorted. For internal medicine, the relevance between new rank of score and original rank of score was 0. 797 6, and that for surgery was 0. 806 3. Conclusion This examination is reliable and reasonable, and the contents of some stations should be improved.
