摘 要:针对汽轮发电机基础中间平台的减振问题,采用单点激励多点响应的模态试验法,对普通混凝土板与新型材料约束阻尼混凝土板进行相同条件下的振动对比试验,得出两块板的模态阻尼比,结果表明,约束阻尼混凝土板的阻尼效果在不同频率、不同振型下是不同的。在40-100Hz范围内有较好的减振、吸能作用;对于整体平移振动不起作用,而对于扭曲振动效果最好。因此,如果汽机基础中间平台在40-100Hz范围内有扭曲的振型时,约束阻尼混凝土板将会很好地降低其振动。The damping problem of the second floor platform of a turbine generator foundation was studied in this paper. Using the model testing method of single point excitement and multi-point responses, contrast tests on the vibration of the plain concrete plates and the concrete plates with constraint damping were carried out. The modal damping ratios of the two plates were obtained. The result indicates that the damping effect of the concrete plate with constraint damping varies due to the different frequency and vibration mode. There are good functions of damping and energy absorption in the frequency range of 40 - 100Hz. However, it hardly has the effect for the rigid-body translational vibration. There is the best effect of damping and energy absorption for distortion vibration. Therefore, if there exist vibration modes of distortion for the second floor platform of the turbine-generator foundation in the frequency range of 40- 100Hz, the concrete plate with constraint damping can reduce the vibration effectively.
