摘　　要：针对当代高等工程人才培养目标,提出一种"一个根本,五个结合"实验教改新模式。介绍新模式的具体内容、保障措施,及实施过程中所取得的成果。This article put forward a ＂one foundation and five conjunction＂ experimental teaching new mode, aiming at the target of cultivating higher engineering talents in the modern times. It introduced the specific contents of the new mode, expatiated the guarantee measures, and the results were obtained in the process of carrying out this new experimental teaching mode.
