摘　　要：随着科技、社会与经济的高速发展，高校图书馆功能已经由原来的单一的借还书功能拓展到现在的多元服务功能，除了原有的智力教育功能和道德教育功能外，新的功能有情报信息服务、宣传窗口、数字馆藏、网上服务、远程教育、文献检索、学习辅导、信息传播、休闲娱乐等。提升旧功能，开发新功能，能使高校图书馆物尽其用，使校内外用户从中受益。With the development of science, technology, society and economy, functions of libraries at college have been developed from intellectual and moral education to information- gathering service, propaganda window, digital collections, online service, distance education, document indexing, learning and coaching, information sprea- ding, recreation, etc. One of the major tasks of libraries at college is to update the old functions and develop the new ones in order to maximize their benefits and serve users both inside and outside the college.
