摘　　要：青年教师刚走上工作岗位,初为人师,在教学工作的各方面都需要得到指导和训练。资深教师课堂听课并进行有效地评课反馈,可使青年教师端正教学态度,认真完成各个教学环节,更好的把握课程内容,完善教学方法,并形成良好的职业心理,是进行教学质量监控,不断提高教学效果十分有效的方法。Young teachers need continuous training at the beginning of their teaching work in physiology. Attending lectures by senior teachers is probably an effective method to solve this problem. After listening to the lectures of young teachers, the senior ones could tell them how to prelect, to grasp the physiological knowledge, and to keep well mentality. Therefore, here we discuss the role of attending lectures by senior teachers in the training of junior ones.
