摘　　要：在经济全球化的形势下,公司治理问题开始受到世界的关注,而处于公司治理核心地位的董事会也日益成为大家关注的焦点。高效率的董事会能够提高公司的绩效,但是董事会在公司治理过程中出现了很多问题,所以必须对公司董事会进行绩效考核,提高董事会效率,推进公司发展,提升整体竞争能力。With the economic globalization, enterprise management has attracted worldwide attention. And board of directors, as the core of enterprise management, is increasingly becoming the focus. A board of directors with high efficiency can promote the enterprise＇s performance. However, many problems appear in this process of enterprise management. Therefore, it＇s necessary to put board of directors under performance appraisal, promoting its efficiency and boosting enterprise competitiveness.
