摘　　要：在公办民办教育共同发展的时代要求下,迫切需要建立和健全民办幼儿教育的调控策略体系,以促其健康持续地发展。本文从战略性调控、监管性调控、经营性调控和专业化调控等关键策略出发,尝试为民办幼儿教育的调控策略体系构建大致的框架。The contradiction has been sharpened while some issues incurred in the development of non-government infant education have remained unsettled. It is imperative to establish and strengthen the strategic monitoring system so as to prompt the wholesome and sustainable development of non-government infant education. Based on analysis of such significant issues as strategic management, monitoring control and operational regulations, this paper establishes a tentative framework of strategic monitoring system for non-government infant education.
