摘 要:以L-异亮氨酸产生菌Ⅳ 69为出发菌株,采用紫外线诱变处理,从以缬氨酸为唯一碳源,唯一氮源和唯一碳、氮源的培养基上挑取生长迅速的菌落,筛选缬氨酸分解代谢性较高的菌株,以达到保持主产物产量,降低杂酸含量的目的.由以缬氨酸为唯一碳、氮源培养基上筛选到的突变菌株 CN59 缬氨酸产量由 7.3 g·L-1下降到14 g·L-1,而异亮氨酸产量无变化.An L-isoleucine producer Ⅳ 69 was treated with UV and the mutants growing rapidly were selected from the media in which L-valine was as the sole carbon source,the sole nitrogen source as well as the sole carbon and nitrogen source in order to get the strains of high activity in decomposing L-valine and lower the L-valine amount in broth with L-isoleucine amount keeping relatively stable.The strain CN59 was selected from the medium in which L-valine was as the sole carbon and nitrogen source and its L-valine amount decreased from 7.3 g·L^-1 to l.4 g·L^-1.
