核桃隔膜化学成分定性研究

摘　　要：采用水提取法、醇提取法和石油醚提取法对核桃隔膜的化学成分进行了比较全面的定性研究。结果表明:核桃隔膜中含有多种化学成分,包括氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类、酚类、有机酸、黄酮、生物碱、强心苷、挥发油、甾类、皂苷、蒽醌类、内酯、香豆素。To obtain chemical constituents of the diaphragma of Juglans regia L, the methods of water extraction, ethanol extraction and petroleum ether extraction were used. The results indicated that there were many kinds of chemical compositions in the diaphragma of Juglans regia L., including amino acid, protein, carbohydrate, phenol, organic acid, flavonoicl, alkaloid, cardiac glycosides, volatile oil, steroid, saponins, anthraquinones, lactone and coumarin.
