摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱及盐酸甲基麻黄碱三种麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:采用Cosmosil 5C18-MS-Ⅱ4.6mm×250mm色谱柱;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(3∶97)为流动相;流速:1.0mL.min-1,柱温30℃;利用紫外检测器,确定最佳检测波长为215nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱及盐酸甲基麻黄碱的线性范围均为50~2.5μg.mL-1,平均回收率依次为94.51%、95.36%和92.73%。结论:本实验方法简单、快速、可靠,实现了3种组分的快速同时测定,为有效控制提取物的质量奠定方法学基础。Objective:to develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methylephedrine hydrochloride in ephedra. Method: the chromatographic conditions were. Cosmosil 5 C18- MS- Ⅱ 4.6mm × 250mm, the acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate ( 3:97 ) as mobile phase with 1.0mL · min^-1 flow rate,the column temperature set at 30℃,the detected wavelength selected as 215nm of ultraviolet. Results:the linear ranges of them were 50-2.5μg · mL^-1 and the average recoveries were 94.51%, 95.36% and 92.73% for ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methylephedrine hydrochloride respectively. Conclusion:the method was simple and accurate for the simultaneous determination of 3 components in ephedra. It could be used for controlling the quality of extracts.
