浅析行业办学的人才培养模式

摘　　要：企业间竞争的核心,是人才竞争。传统产业的结构性调整、数字化改造,都急需高素质的各类人才,行业办学人才培养模式的特点集中体现了企业办学的理念,就是"紧紧围绕行业发展和企业生产的中心工作开展的,强调学以致用,直接有效的为企业生产服务,为行业发展服务"。核心是为企业生产岗位培养急需的实用型人才和企业未来发展培养出多层次后备人才。The core of competition among enterprises is competition among talents. Structural adjustment and digital transformation of traditional industries need all kinds of talented persons with high qualities. The characteristic of the cultivating mode from which running school base on industries incarnate the ideas of running school by enterprises, that is, implementing teaching work by centering on the development of industries and the production of enterprises, emphasizing that studying something is to apply it and to serve for the production and development of enterprises directly and effectively. The core is to train practical talented persons which are needed urgently by the production post of enterprises and to cultivate multi - level reserve talents for the future development of enterprises.
