摘　　要：为了加强和提高医学遗传学的教学质量，激发学生的学习兴趣，哈尔滨医科大学医学遗传学教研室在加强教师队伍建设的同时，克服传统教学中存在的不足，优化教学内容，克服教学与科研的矛盾，推动了教学改革，取得了良好的效果。In order to improve the classroom teaching quality of genetics, we overcome the deficiency existed in the traditional teaching, optimize contents of courses, reinforce faculty development, and adjust teaching and scientific research relationship. The teaching reform has got obvious effect.
