摘　　要：各个民族的文化特质及其教育内容与方式,决定着这个民族的生存发展样态,以及这个民族的社会变迁适应性和文明创新的力量性。从过度社会化问题入手,通过重视和优化社会化的教化方向和方法及其与人的现代化问题分析,有助于探讨关于人的社会化过程中的现代教育运行对策。The cultural features and educational contents and manners of a nation determine the existence and development levels of the nation, and determine its adaptability to social changes as well as its power of culture innovation. Starting from over-socialization, this paper discusses the issues of the education direction and methods and the modernization of man, and proposes countermeasures of educational operation in the process of man＇s socialization.
