摘　　要：从讨论"双师素质"教师的内涵入手,通过分析宁波职业技术学院"双师"队伍建设现状、"双师"培养途径、"双师"培养方法等方面,提出了高职院校"双师素质"教师队伍建设的具体措施。This paper proceeded with the connotation of the ＂double qualified＂ teachers, and proposed the concrete measure of the construction of ＂double qualified＂ teams of vocational college by analysis the introduction, the institutional improvement, the cultivation measure of ＂double qualified＂ teachers of Ningbo Vocational Technical College.
