摘　　要：探讨矩阵m次标准根的存在性,基于矩阵存在m次标准根的前提下,给出了矩阵m次标准根与其m次根的关系.得出了秩1矩阵m次标准根的完全刻画.The m-th canonical root of a matrix is considered. Relationship between m-th canonical root of a complex matrix and its m-th root is also investigated under the condition that the matrix has m-th canonical root. Based on the analysis of the m-th canonical root of an order 1 matrix, the form of its solution is found.
