摘 要:用正交法求得Fe(Ⅲ)-络天青S-CTMAB-β-CD体系的最适宜条件。β-CD与CTMAB能发生协同作用(ε由无β-CD时的1.03×10~5提高至1.27×10~5)。β-CD的包合反应很慢,但一旦发色完全,可稳定约14d。用此体系测定谷物样品中的含Fe(Ⅲ)量。其结果与用原子吸收法和Fe(Ⅲ)-硫氰化物-Triton X-100法所得的结果相当吻合。The optimum conditions of the reaction system of Fe( Ⅲ )-CAS-CTMAB-β-CD are studied by orthogonal method. The synergist effect by β-CD with CTMAB occurs with an increase of molar absorptivity (ε) from 1. 03×10~5L ·mol^(-1) ·cm^(-1) to 1. 27 × 10~3L ·mol^(-1) ·cm^(-1). The process of inclusion complex formation by β-CD is very slow, but once the full color developed, it remains stable for about 14 days. The above mentioned system has been used to determine the contents of Fe( Ⅲ ) in some grain samples. The results are quite agreeable with those by atomic absorption spectrometry and with the thioyanate -Triton 100 photometric method.
