摘　　要：通过对我国和美国高校学生事务管理人员的工作价值观、综合素质及其工作内容等进行比较,对我国高校学生事务管理的师资队伍建设提供了一些借鉴和启示。This article, by comparing the work values, the integrated qualities and working contents of the student affairs managers in universities between China and American, aims at doing something useful and valuable to the construction of the student affairs managers in Chinese universities.
