摘　　要：采用数理统计分析的方法，分析了学院硕士学位论文“双盲”评审院外专家的评审成绩和意见，形成了学院2006～2008年硕士学位论文质量整体估价。得出了学院硕士学位论文整体质量较好，但也不同程度地存在一些问题的结论，并针对存在的问题提出了改进的建议。This paper analyses the degree paper＇s score and advice, which made by other academy＇s experts, using＂ mutual concealment＂ evaluating method and adopting the methods of mathematic statistics and analysis. The whole evaluation of master＇s degree paper quality of our academy from 2006 to 2008 is formed. Finally, it gets the conclusion that the quality of degree paper is relatively good, but exists some problems and puts forward some advices to correct these problem.
