摘 要:采用法国进口的金黄色葡萄球菌显色培养基为主要原料,运用微生物测试片专有技术将其制成一次性的快速测试片。经测试,该测试片的检测灵敏度高,特异性强,重复性好。其对纯菌的检测下限可达3cfu/mL,与营养琼脂计数、Baird-Parker培养基计数和显色培养基计数比较,检测结果均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对染菌样品的检测结果,测试片与3MTM Petrifilm法无显著性差异(P>0.05),而检测下限明显低于GB标准方法。A kind of Staph.aureus detective slip, which was made of CHROM agarTM Staph.aureus by technicality technique of detective slip for microorganism was studied. The results showed that the detective slip method was a higher sensitivity, stronger specificity, better repeatablity and rapid method. It could detect 3 cfu/mL Staph.aureus in pure culture and the results detected by the detective slips were not significant different from that by nutrient agar or Baird-Parker agar or CHROM agar^TM Staph.aureus (P〉0.05). The results of samples arti- ficially contaminated with Staph.aureus detected by detective slips were consistent with those by 3M^TM Petrifilm. The lowest detectable limit of detective slip was significant lower than that of GB standard.
