摘 要:果茶样品经由乙醚浸泡除杂,用甲醇索式抽提,并以芦丁为对照品,采用吸光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。建立芦丁浓度与吸光度关系的回归方程,方法的回收率为99.2%~101.4%,精密度为0.29。Total flavones in hawthorn was extracted with methanol by refluxing after removal of its impurities by refluxing with ethyl ether at the same temperature.A red complex was form ed through this reaction and its absorbance was measured at 510 nm and rutin was used as standard in the preparation of calibration curve.The linear regression equation obtained was as follows:Y=0.000 6x+0.001 2 (r=0.999 6).Recoveries obtained were in the range of 99.2 %-101.4% .RSD S of 0.29 ( n= 6)was obtained.
