摘　　要：综述了各类太阳能电池的优缺点和研究应用现状,介绍了多晶硅薄膜太阳能电池的基本结构及制备工艺和多晶硅薄膜的各种不同制备方法及其优缺点,最后对多晶硅薄膜太阳能电池的研究及应用前景进行了展望。In this paper, the virtues, flaws and application of research of all kinds of solar cells were summarized. The basic structure and technology of polycrystalline silicon thin-film solar cells and the preparation methods,advantages and disadvantages of the various polycrystalline silicon thin-film were introduced. In the end, The research and application prospects of the polycrystalline silicon thin-film solar cells were outlooked.
