摘  要:对山葡萄果实的生长发育、可溶性糖、总酸和色素的含量动态变化进行了研究。结果表明:"双优"、"双红"生理落果后。6月下旬到8月上旬为果实快速生长期,其果实生长发育呈快——慢规律,果实中的可溶性糖、总酸和色素含量与果实生长发育密切相关,9月中旬果实可溶性糖和色素含量为最高、总酸最低。本研究确定长春地区"双优"、"双红"的最适宜采收期为9月中、下旬。We conducted an observation on the growth and development of the fruits of Vitis a murensis Rupr. and dynamic transformarion of the main nutritional components, such as dissolvable sugar, total acid and pigment. The results showed that late in June to early in August is the fast growing time after physiological drop of"Shuangyou"and"Shuanghong",both of the two cultivars appeared a tendency of rapidness-slowness. There is a close relationship between the content of dissolvable sugar, total acid, pigment and fruit growth and development, there is a highest content of dissolvable sugar and pigment in the mid September,but the lowest content of total acid. Our research suggest that mid-September is the most suitable harvest time for "Shuangyou"and "Shuanghong"in the area of Changchun (or other similar climatic areas).
