顶空固相微萃取—气相色谱法测定有机氯农药的研究

摘　　要：建立项空固相微萃取气相色谱法测定抗氧化肽胶囊中的有机氯农药新方法。以顶空固相微萃取为样品的前处理手段。结合气相色谱，电子捕获检测器同时测定抗氧化肽胶囊中的18种有机氯农药。通过对萃取方式、萃取头类型、萃取时间和温度、解析温度和时间等影响萃取效率的因素的研究，获得优化的试验条件。在优化条件下，方法的线性较好，样品的加标回收率在90％～120％之间，相对标准偏差小于10％。该方法适用于胶囊型保健品中的痕量有机氯农药的测定。Headspace solid-phase microextraction （HS-SPME） was used pre-concentration procedure for the simultaneous determination of organochlorine pesticides in antioxidant peptide capsule by gas chromatograpy with electron capture detector. Several parameters controlling SPME was studied and optimised： extraction mode, SPME fiber, extraction time and extraction temperature, desorption time and desorption temperature. Under optimal conditions, the correlation coefficients were more than 0. 990 and good recoveries （ range from 90% to 120% ） were achieved. The mothod can be applied to the determination of trace amount of organochlorine pesticides in capsule health food.
