摘　　要：随着高校招生规模的迅速扩大,大学生就业难的问题日益显现,高校作为就业的主体责任部门,探索一套促进就业的有效工作措施已迫在眉睫。笔者就高校就业工作存在的困惑进行了认真思考,结合实践提出了一系列就业工作措施,对高校就业工作的有效开展提供了现实的指导意义。With the rapid development of the enrollment scale of colleges, there exists a problem that the employment for college gradu- ates becomes increasingly difficult. As the main responsibility unit, it is urgent for colleges to explore a series of effective measures to promote the employment. The author considers seriously about the puzzles in students＇employment and puts forward a series of employment measures which will give practical guidance for college graduate employment.
