摘　　要：我国现在已经进入了社会主义现代化建设的新时期,各种社会新特征也很明显。经济上,我国已经建立并逐步完善的市场经济体制;政治上,当下正处于政治体制改革的关键时期;文化上,社会主义的新型文化正在建立过程中;思想观念上,各种社会观念相互交织。这些新的社会特征给高职院校的思想政治工作带来了新的变化,要求我们必须改变传统的工作方法,用创新的精神将思想政治工作推向更高台阶。China has come into the new period of socialistic modernization construction, a variety of new characteristics are very obvious. In economy, China has established and improved the system of market economy. In politics, the reform of political system is key to China. In culture, the newly culture of socialism is being buik. In mentality, different concept has mixed. These social characteristics have brought the new change for the ideological and political work in higher vocational college, which requires us to change the traditional ways, so that push the the ideological and political work to higher position with the spirit of innovation.
