摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,我国为了促进教育的快速发展,掀起了新一轮基础教育课程改革的浪潮。在课程改革的过程中反思性教学作为一种基础理论和教学模式受到了格外重视。什么是教学反思,怎样进行教学反思以及教师反思能力如何培养等问题,成为我们教育工作者必须思考的问题。Since 1990s, there has appeared a new wave of teaching reform of basic courses to further develop the education in China. Reflective teaching, as a basic theory and teaching model, has drawn much attention in the process. The problems, such as what is teaching reflection, how to carry out teaching reflection and how to cultivate teacher＇s ability of reflection, confront all educators.
