摘  要:采用不同的方法(还原能力、DPPH法、TEAC法、β-胡萝卜素漂白法)评价了海边月见草果壳提取物的抗氧化活性,以BHT和Vc为阳性对照品.结果表明:海边月见草果壳提取物具有较强的还原力,DPPH、ABTS自由基清除能力,自由基清除活性比相同质量浓度BHT强,但比Vc弱.在β-胡萝卜素-亚油酸体系中,果壳提取物对β-胡萝卜素漂白有较强的抑制作用,在质量浓度为50μg/mL时,对β-胡萝卜素漂白的抑制率达87.8%,与同质量浓度BHT的抑制率(90.1%)相当.海边月见草果壳提取物的还原力,DPPH.、ABTS.+清除能力及抗氧化活性与其质量浓度均呈现明显的量效关系,并与其总酚质量分数较高有关.由此可见,海边月见草果壳可作为新型天然抗氧化剂的来源.The antioxidant activity of extract isolated from Oenothera drummondii Hook. pericarp, was determined by various assays, including reducing power, DPPH radical-scavenging, TEAC assay, β-carotene bleaching assay. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and Vitamin C (Vc) were used as standards in those various antioxidant activities. The extract from O. drurnmondii pericarp exhibited strong reducing power, scavenging effects on DPPH and ABTS free radicals, and its radical-scavenging activity was stronger than BHT, but lower than Vc. In a β-carotene-linoleate system, the pericarp extract showed high inhibitory activity to β-carotene bleaching. At the concentration of 50 μg/mL, inhibition on β-carotene bleaching was 87.8%, and was so strong as that of BHT (90. 1%). The reducing power, DPPH · , ABTS · + scavenging activities and antioxidant activity of the pericarp extract depended on concentration and increasing with increased amount of sample, and displayed a significantly positive correlation with its higher content of total phenolic. The results obtains in the present study indicated that Oenothera drummondii pericarp could serve as a new source of natural antioxidants.
