摘  要:目的:探讨激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)在定量检测釉质脱矿中的适用性,寻求高效、精确的定量检测龋损的方法。方法:以去离子水作为空白对照组,而以0.1 mol/L乳酸的脱矿液(pH 4.6)为实验组,分别对4组釉质磨片连续脱矿24h、48 h及96 h后,以激光共聚焦显微镜定量评价各组釉质块脱矿差异。结果:随着脱矿时间延长,釉质脱矿面积显著增大(P<0.01),而脱矿区总的荧光强度显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:激光共聚焦显微镜可对釉质脱矿量进行高效、精确的定量检测,且具有操作简便、无放射污染等优点。Objective: To explore the feasibility of measurement of the content of enamel demineralization by confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) and establish a fast, accurate method of quantitative measurement of caries lesion. Methods:The sections of human enamel in treated groups were exposed to 0.1 mol/L lactic acid solution( ( pH 4.6) for 24,48,96 h at 25℃ ,while the deionized water was used in control group under the same conditions. Enamel demineralization was evaluated by CLSM. Results : In treated group, both of area of fluorescent lesion (A) and total fluorescence (TF) increased significantly with time of demineralization passing(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:CLSM can be used to measure the content of enamel demineralization with high efficiency and accuracy. It is convenient to perform and has no risk of X - ray radiation.
